Scents of Spring

Though we are in what seems to be the tight grip of Old Man Winter Himself, we can still enjoy and entertain thoughts of spring! I find that a beautifully decorated Hyacinth is just what I need to push back the winter blues! With their highly potent scent and brightly colored flowers it's easy to get lost in thoughts of warmer days and forget the howling wind outside. The best part is that they are easy to take care of and wonderful to watch! Each day they open and grow a little at a time until the whole stem is covered in a swath of beautiful blooms with an aroma that will tickle your senses!
