We all have round eyes - round faces-- the sun is round --- Round is a familiar shape for us and a comfort to our eyes. Gerber Daisy's are round and very popular. The old fashion round look in bouquets is always popular.

Dahlia's A summer flower

Dahlia's are beautiful cut flowers -- but don't last long as a cut. But today I heard if you boil water then put the cut stem into the water and let them sit in the boiled water till the water cools. These flowers will last 3 to 4 days longer. I haven't tried it yet. If anyone has -- let me know how it went for you.

With summer finally comes the heat. In front of our store we have potts of Sorbone lilies that are making Chilliwack smell wonderful. Our flowers are plentiful and flower market on Saturday morning will be excited to see what we have.
